When you register an interest in my products or services or commit to working with me in a coaching agreement I will collect information about you.
I will also collect information about you when you voluntarily provide feedback or testimonials.
How will the information collected be used?
Information about you may be collected to respond to your initial enquiry or to arrange coaching sessions if we agree to work together, as well as to invoice you for work undertaken.

If you agree, your information will be used to contact you about my products or services that may be of interest to you.

If you agree, your information may be used anonymously to contribute to articles about coaching and supervision.
The information collected will not be shared for marketing purposes with any other companies.
Marketing
I may on occasions like to send you information about my products and services which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to be contacted in this way, you may opt-out at a later date.

Access to your information and correction

Confidentiality in coaching and supervision
The value of a coaching relationship is based on honest, direct and personal conversations. All information disclosed is confidential with the exceptions of where the coach believes the client or another party is a danger to self or others, or if the disclosure is required by law.
I work to the ICF Global Code of Ethics, which can be found here. As required by the Global Code of Ethics, to maintain professional standards and work within my scope of practice, I may receive supervision on my coaching and supervision practice. During supervision, I may discuss my work with you anonymously with other coaching and supervision professionals.
